Supermarket Certificates are gift cards to our local supermarkets (Shoprite, A&P and Kings) in denominations of $25, 50 or 100.
- The supermarket gives us back 5% of the total we purchase.
- They cost you nothing (for example, you pay $100 and you get a $100 gift card).
- They are easy to use (hand over to cashier - no signing, no counting cash).
- They are easy to purchase (School lobby 7:30 - 8:00 am & 1:45 - 2:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday beginning 9/21).
- They can also be purchased at Back-to-School night in the lobby.
- If you can't stop by in person, we can send them home with your child. Just use the order form & they will be in your child's backpack the very same day!
If every SJA family bought just $100 worth of supermarket certificates each month during the school year, we would receive $14,625 back. For $200 per family, it would be $29,250
etc….
NOTE: You must pay for them with cash or check; credit cards are not accepted at this time. This small inconvenience is truly worth the effort. Try it - you may like it! Any questions can be directed to Gail Misha (201) 664-6586.
