Did you know.....
Every school year our faculty chooses a life skill as a theme to reinforce throughout the year. This year we decided to choose multiple life skills in the form of the Four Cardinal Virtues.
Prudence: The virtue that allows us to judge what is right and what is wrong. It requires us to seek the counsel of others who we know to be sound judges of morality.
Justice: The virtue that is the constant and permanent determination to give everyone his or her rightful due.
Fortitude: Commonly called courage, it is the virtue that allows us to overcome fear and to remain steady in our will in the face of obstacles.
Temperance: This virtue is the restraint of our desires or wants. Temperance keeps us from excess and requires balance in our lives.
